Abstract: An exhaust gas heating assembly for an exhaust gas system of a combustion engine includes a heating unit housing which accommodates a flow of exhaust gas. A plurality of heating units are disposed in the heating unit housing and are elongate in the direction of a heating unit longitudinal axis (H). Each heating unit has first and second heating unit longitudinal end regions. The heating units with the first heating unit longitudinal end regions and the second heating unit longitudinal end regions are supported in relation to the heating unit housing via a support structure. At least one heating unit by way of the first heating unit longitudinal end region thereof or/and the second heating unit longitudinal end region thereof is supported on the support structure so as to be movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis (H).

Abstract: A silencer for an exhaust system of a combustion engine, more preferably of a motor vehicle, has two end face bottoms facing away from each other, a closed circumferential jacket, at least one silencer insert, at least one inlet pipe and at least one outlet pipe. At least one of the pipes extends through the jacket into the silencer interior and is fastened to the jacket. The manufacture can be simplified if the pipe extending through the jacket has a cone, if the silencer insert on an intermediate pipe has a mating cone which engages in the cone.

Abstract: A sharpener is disclosed for writing, drawing, and/or cosmetic pencils. The housing includes a collection container, a sharpening blade, and an adjacent cone-shaped sharpening channel having an insert opening. Walls of the housing include an opaque and/or translucent material. The sharpening blade comprises a sharpening channel facing a bottom portion of the housing and a top facing a shaving removal section. The sharpener also includes a viewing channel that extends from a wall of the housing through the sharpening channel to enable viewing of the bottom of the sharpening blade.
