A first actuator is arranged on the first base portion for moving the first clamping portion relative to the second clamping portion from the combined position into a spread position. Further, the first base portion includes a receptacle for receiving an element of the first actuator so that the first actuator is movable through the receptacle relative to the first base portion from a first position into a second position relative to the first base portion.
