  • Publication number: 20170275897
Abstract: A scaffold upon which a person stands includes a platform with a first leg assembly rotatably attached to the platform. The scaffold includes a latch assembly having a latch pivot axis coupled to the platform. The scaffold includes a stud attached to a first leg of the first leg assembly to which the latch assembly engages when the first leg assembly is moved into the extended position to automatically lock the first leg assembly in the extended position where the latch assembly is in a set position. When the latch assembly is moved out of the set position, the stud on the first leg disengages from the latch assembly and the first leg assembly is able to rotate about the first leg assembly pivot axis to a folded position. A method for using a scaffold.

  • Patent number: 9661003
Abstract: A system and method is provided for identifying and analyzing cyber-attacks and profiling adversaries responsible for such attacks. The system and method allows for the quantitative measurement of adversary attack behavior. The system and method is able to extract quantitative data from raw attack data and compare the quantitative data to a database of quantifiable metrics associated with known adversaries. This allows for the possible linking of a cyber-attack to a known adversary or known adversary behavior.

  • Patent number: 9272168
Abstract: An energy absorber including a strap including at least a first path of relatively reduced strength extending over at least a portion of the length of the strap. The energy absorber also includes at least a first transition region including a first initial point where tearing begins along the first transition region when a force above a threshold force is applied (to the energy absorber/strap) and a first end point. The first end point is in operative connection with a first point on the first path so that tearing continues along the first path after tearing along the first transition region. • Publication number: 20160017658
Abstract: A folding step stool includes a front rail assembly. The step stool includes a rear rail assembly, pivotally connected to the front rail assembly, having a crossbar. The step stool includes a step pivotally attached to the front rail assembly having notches which fit over the crossbar when the stool is in an open position. The step stool includes a linkage assembly pivotally and fixedly attached to the step and pivotally and fixedly attached to the crossbar. The linkage assembly compresses to allow the notches to fit over the crossbar and the linkage assembly exerting a force to maintain the crossbar in the notches when the stool is in the open position.
