In order to provide dental implants which meet the general requirements for a successful implantation and use and which can be easily adapted to bone variations and implant offerings, it is proposed according to the invention that the dental implant comprises a ceramic base body, a ceramic abutment, a ceramic tooth structure, and/or a connector for connecting of base body, abutment and/or tooth structure to each other, and a bushing body, which is at least in a final assembly state (E) of the dental implant received at least partly in the base body, in the abutment and/or in the tooth structure or surrounds the connector at least in sections.
