Abstract: Methods for analyzing data are disclosed. One disclosed method includes defining an intent language model for domain specific meaning behind historical enterprise data produced during operation of an enterprise; applying the historical enterprise data to build the intent language model; extracting intent element features of interest from the enterprise data to generate domain specific intent metadata; and storing the domain specific intent metadata into a database. The historical enterprise data includes findings and observations by one or more human experts in one or more service records and data associated with a problem.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein to improve data-driven decision-making in an enterprise by discovering intent applicable to enterprise domain.

Abstract: A system, or platform, for processing enterprise data is configured to adapt to different domains and analyze data from various data sources and provide enriched results. The platform includes a data extraction and consumption module to translate domain specific data into defined abstractions, breaking it down for consumption by a feature extraction engine. A core engine, which includes a number of machine learning modules, such as a feature extraction engine, analyzes the data stream and produces data fed back to the clients via various interfaces. A learning engine incrementally and dynamically updates the training data for the machine learning by consuming and processing validation or feedback data. The platform includes a data viewer and a services layer that exposes the enriched data results. Integrated domain modeling allows the system to adapt and scale to different domains to support a wide range of enterprises.

Abstract: Methods and systems for using natural language processing and machine-learning algorithms to process vehicle-service data to generate metadata regarding the vehicle-service data are described herein. A processor can discover vehicle-service data that can be clustered together based on the vehicle-service data having common characteristics. The clustered vehicle-service data can be classified (e.g., categorized) into any one of a plurality of categories. One of the categories can be for clustered vehicle-service data that is tip-worthy (e.g., determined to include data worthy of generating vehicle-service content (e.g., a repair hint). Another category can track instances of vehicle-service data that are considered to be common to an instance of vehicle-service data classified into the tip-worthy category. The vehicle-service data can be collected from repair orders from a plurality of repair shops. The vehicle-service content generated by the systems can be provided to those or other repair shops.

Abstract: In a method for routing a remote treatment plan request, a treatment plan request is received. The treatment plan request includes patient identification information for a patient, the treatment plan request for requesting creating of a treatment plan for use in radiation therapy. Patient files corresponding to the patient are received, the patient files including information for use in creating the treatment plan. Receiving the patient files includes interfacing with an electronic medical record system, retrieving the patient files corresponding to the patient, bundling the patient files, and transferring bundled files to a server.

Abstract: In a method for creating a radiation treatment plan, notification of selection of a service provider to provide treatment plan for use in radiation therapy is received. In response to the service provider accepting the selection to provide the treatment plan, a treatment plan request comprising patient identification information for a patient from a server is received. Patient files corresponding to the patient are received from the server, wherein the patient files include information for use in creating the treatment plan. The treatment plan is provided. In response to the service provider completing the treatment plan, the treatment plan is transmitted to the server.

Patient files corresponding to the patient are received, the patient files including information for use in creating the treatment plan. A service provider is selected for creating a treatment plan. The service provider is provided access to the patient files and the treatment plan request.
