  • Publication number: 20240138877
Abstract: Intravascular delivery system is designed for a safe and efficient access to secondary and tertiary vascular structures, such as the branches of the coronary sinus, to enhance the delivery and deployment of various catheters, such as, for example, pacemaker electrical leads. The over-the-wire system features a straight, or alternatively shaped, micro-catheter distal tip of an inner catheter that seamlessly cooperates with a peel-away reinforced outer catheter. The inner catheter and the peel-away reinforced outer catheter are advanced in their engaged mode of operation towards (or beyond) the target site. Subsequently, the inner and outer catheters are disengaged, and the inner catheter is removed from the outer catheter. A pacemaker lead may be advanced over the wire inside the outer catheter to the target site for deployment. Subsequently, the outer catheter is easily split and may be rapidly removed from the blood vessel.

  • Publication number: 20240117235
Abstract: A coating protects a dissolvable component of a downhole tool, so that the dissolvable component can be deployed to a desired downhole location, perform under high stress for fracturing operations, and be efficiently dissolved after the fracturing operations are completed. The present invention elevates known greases for this functionality usually performed by complex factory fabricated polymer and metal coatings. The coating includes an activation layer, a first grease layer, and a second grease layer. The first grease layer and the second grease layer have differential grease layer consistency ranges and thickness rages. The coating includes non-uniform layers of manually applied greases onsite to control degradation of the component substrate as effectively as factory coatings pre-fabricated on the components.

  • Publication number: 20240102484
Abstract: A ceiling fan has blades spaced apart circumferentially about and extending outward radially from a rotating component of a motor. The blades include upper blades and lower blades. Each lower blade is between and extends below a pair of adjacent upper blades. The motor, when activated, rotates the rotating component, concurrently rotating the upper blades and the lower blades in the same rotational direction. Each of the upper blades leading an adjacent one of the lower blades is configured to generate and direct an air current rearwardly and downwardly therefrom in front of the adjacent one of the lower blades and each of the lower blades trailing an adjacent one of the upper blades is configured to intercept the air current from the adjacent one of the upper blades and accelerate it rearwardly and downwardly therefrom, when the motor is activated.
