    Abstract: A device to control valves of an internal combustion engine, especially the gas supply valve of a gas engine, which can be operated by a piston of a working cylinder, which can be pressurized with a pressure medium against the return force of a spring. A control device, preferably designed as a control slide valve, which has a movable control apparatus by way of which a work space of the working cylinder can be pressurized with the pressure medium in order to open the valve and relieved in order to close the valve, is arranged before the piston on the pressurization side. The movable control apparatus can itself be controlled by an associated pilot control device.
