  • Patent number: 11651333
Abstract: Techniques for enhancing usability and electronic resource efficiency using job relevance are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a list of a predetermined number of top job openings for a member of the social networking system is generated. The list is communicated to a device of the user for presentation in a user interface on the device. The user interface allows the member to browse through and provide an indication of a lack of relevancy of each of the list of the predetermined number of top job openings to the member and an indication of a reason for the lack of relevancy. Based on the user providing the indication of the lack of relevancy and the reason, a modified relevancy assessment of each of the plurality of job openings is generated. The list of the predetermined number of top job openings for the member is regenerated and communicated to the device.

  • Publication number: 20230143855
Abstract: Disclosed is a rupture disc assembly for use in making a temporary seal in a vessel such as a casing string. The rupture disc assembly may include a rupture disc having a side surface that has a shallow angle taper inward towards a bottom surface of the rupture disc, and a mounting apparatus to support the rupture disc so that the rupture disc forms the temporary seal. When a disc working pressure is applied to a top surface of the rupture disc, engagement/force transmission between the rupture disc and the mounting apparatus produces enough radial compression in the rupture disc due to the shallow angle taper to significantly mitigate or cancel tensile stresses thereby avoiding the rupture disc from breaking. The rupture disc may be configured to break when the rupture disc is subjected to a disc working pressure that is greater than the disc rupture pressure, thereby removing the temporary seal.

  • Patent number: 11457610
Abstract: An animal training device is configured to encourage an animal with a clicking sound and a gelatinous reward. The animal training device has a housing, joined to a housing end cap at a housing first end and a dispenser head at a housing second end. A dowel rod is arranged within the housing and through a dispensing lever. A push bar is arranged within the housing and joined to the dispensing lever with a drive plate and a first compressor spring; wherein the push bar further comprises a push bar first end and a push bar second end. A tube is fit over the end cap and accommodates the gelatinous reward. Depressing the dispensing lever moves the drive plate and thus the push bar, pushing the gelatinous reward through the dispenser head.

  • Publication number: 20220145738
Abstract: Oil recovery can include providing a tubing string and isolation devices to define isolated intervals for an existing well previously operated using plug-and-perf and primary production. Valve assemblies are installed in respective isolated intervals, each valve assembly including at least two valves. The valve can be operated in open and closed configurations, and at least one open configuration provides choked flow via an elongated passage. The valves can have a housing and a shiftable sleeve. The valve assemblies can be operated to provide a desired openness based on the injectivity or other properties by shifting the sleeves of the valves. Different flow resistance levels can be provided to facilitate enhanced operations for water flooding and other oil recovery processes.

  • Publication number: 20220097354
Abstract: A composite board with a multilayer laminated facer is presented having a nonwoven, a first polymer layer, and a second polymer layer. The laminate may be printed on the nonwoven, on the upper surface of the first polymer layer or inverted printed on the backside of an applied film. A number of configurations for the polymer layers are disclosed. The laminate may include exposed fibers on the lower surface or the nonwoven may be saturated. A removable peel-ply may be included. By controlling the placement and thickness of the polymer layers it is possible to tailor additive in the polymers such as colorants, opacifiers, UV stabilizers, and fire retardants to improve quality and reduce costs. In an alternate embodiment of the present invention, a first polymer layer is applied to the topside of the nonwoven and the second polymer is laminated to the first polymer layer as a preformed film. The laminated facer is thermally or adhesively bonded to the composite board.
