The magnetic placard holder comprises a body, a front open panel, an insertion slot, a top clip, and a plurality of rear magnet sets. The front open panel attaches to the front surface of the body, delineating the insertion slot between the front open panel and the body. The top clip attaches to the body adjacent to the insertion slot, configured to selectively obstruct the insertion slot. The plurality of rear magnet sets attach to the rear surface of the body and are configured as a fastening mechanism to magnetic surfaces.

Abstract: Systems and techniques to simply, easily and quickly attache and detach a speaker to a mounting location. A speaker bracket can provide a pivot point for the speaker that also serves as an audio signal connection point. The speaker bracket can be built in a robust fashion and can include a receptacle that is mounted on a surface, such as an indoor or outdoor wall, on the side of a pool or spa, or in any other suitable location. The speaker bracket can also include a support that can be attached and detached from the receptacle. When attached, the support rotates about the receptacle via a pivot point. A positioning mechanism can be included that allows the support to be removably fixed or locked into a desired position relative to the receptacle.

Abstract: Methods and systems for servicing a product are disclosed. These systems and methods are particularly suited for stationary product that are immovable or permanently deployed at a customer's location, such as a spa. A system includes a terminal for receiving and processing service call information for the product, and a database for associating the service call information with a customer record to generate a service call request. The customer record includes product information and customer history. The system further includes a hand-held device configured to receive the service call request from the database. The hand held device is also configured to run interactive diagnostic routines. The system is configured to invoke one or more automatic service-related programs, such as warranty status determination, paperwork generation, parts replenishment, reporting and payment programs.
