A marking area is defined on the chart side of the chart body proximate the measuring scale to receive markings at different positions along the measuring scale at different times to track a height of an individual. At least one door is pivotally mounted on the chart body and movable between open and closed positions in which at least a portion of the chart side of the chart body is respectively uncovered and covered to give selective control over access to said portion.
