  • Publication number: 20130206864
Abstract: A plural component sprayer preheating system has a standard plural component sprayer system having a plurality of pumps for pumping a plurality of components from a plurality of containers into the plural component sprayer system. A component preheating system is attached to the plural component sprayer and has an insulated resin container having a mixer therein for mixing resin in the container. A transfer pump is input from a valve which is coupled to the insulated resin container and to a supply container. The transfer pump has an output into a resin heater so that resin can be pumped either from the insulated container or a supply container through the resin heater and back into the insulated container.

  • Patent number: 4349398
Abstract: Protective coating systems are reinforced by first laying a suitable mesh screen of plastic, metal or the equivalent on the surface to be protected. Thereafter, a thin layer of a coating composition, e.g., a latex cement, is poured over the mesh and allowed to set. In this operation the mesh is bonded by means of the coating composition to said surface. The screen also protrudes to the upper surface of said layer and when the latter has been allowed to set, a second layer is applied resulting in a system in which the reinforcing mesh not only aids in forming a durable bond between said first layer and said surface, but also likewise renders the two layers thus formed resistant to spalling or separating caused from expansion or contraction of said surface.
