A portal is provided. The portal has respective views for a supplier submitting purchase order based electronic invoices and electronic invoices not associated with a purchase order or transaction receipt, and a user of an enterprise submitting and/or reviewing electronic invoices. The supplier can search for both purchase order based and non-purchase order based invoices in a single criteria screen and interface in the portal.
