  • Patent number: 11681837
Abstract: A method for 3-D block modelling of a resource boundary in a post-blast muckpile to optimize destination delineation for resource control is provided. An in-situ pre-blast model of an ore deposit to be mined, movement data, blast design and explosive loading information, and post-blast topographic data are input in to the memory of a general purpose computer. Using the pre-blast block model, movement data, blast design and explosive loading information, and post-blast topographic data a three-dimensional vector field is generated. The method uses the three-dimensional vector field to move a plurality of centroids of the in-situ block model to populate a three-dimensional post-blast location. Then method optimizes the populated three dimensional post-blast location to determine a plurality of sets of optimal dig boundaries.

  • Publication number: 20230127355
Abstract: The exemplified methods and systems (e.g., machine-learned systems) facilitate the use of respiration rate-related features, or parameters, in a model or classifier to estimate metrics associated with the physiological state of a subject, including for the presence or non-presence of a disease, medical condition, or indication of either. The estimated metric may be used to assist a physician or other healthcare provider in diagnosing the presence or non-presence and/or severity and/or localization of diseases, medical conditions, or indication of either or in the treatment of said diseases or indicating conditions. In some cases, such respiration rate-related features are generated from a synthetic respiration waveform that represents, and is used as a proxy to, the true respiration waveform. The synthetic respiration waveform may be used in its own independent diagnostic and/or control applications in some embodiments.

  • Publication number: 20230107335
Abstract: Embodiments detect cyberattack campaigns against multiple cloud tenants by analyzing activity data to find sharing anomalies. Data that appears benign in a single tenant's activities may indicate an attack when the same or similar data is also found for additional tenants. Attack detection may depend on activity time frames, on how similar certain activities of different tenants are to one another, on how unusual it is for different tenants to share an activity, and on other factors. Sharing anomaly analysis may utilize hypergeometric probabilities or other statistical measures. Detection avoidance attempts using entity randomization are revealed and thwarted. Authorized vendors may be recognized, mooting anomalousness. Although data from multiple tenants is analyzed together for sharing anomalies while monitoring for attacks, tenant confidentiality and privacy are respected through technical and legal mechanisms. Mitigation is performed in response to an attack indication.
