  • Publication number: 20230220768
Abstract: System and methods for geosteering inversion are provided. Downhole tool responses are predicted for different points along a planned path of a wellbore during a downhole operation, based on each of a plurality of inversion models. Measurements of the downhole tool's actual responses are obtained as the wellbore is drilled over the different points during a current stage of the operation. The inversion models are clustered based on a comparison between the actual and predicted tool responses and a randomly selected centroid for each cluster. The inversion models are re-clustered using an average inversion model determined for each cluster as the centroid for that cluster. At least one of the re-m clustered inversion models is used to perform inversion for one or more subsequent stages of the downhole operation along the planned wellbore path. The planned wellbore path is adjusted for the subsequent stage(s) of the downhole operation.

  • Publication number: 20230178573
Abstract: The package structure having packaged components within includes a circuit board, multiple packaged light detecting components mounted on the circuit board, a sealing cap being light transmittable, multiple light filtering films mounted on the sealing cap, and a supporting annular wall. The two opposite ends of the supporting annular wall are adhesively bonded to the surfaces of the circuit board and the sealing cap, such that the projection on the circuit board of the light filtering films corresponds the packaged light detecting components. Since the light filtering films have different filtering frequency bands, each packaged light detecting component detects light of different frequency bands in one incident light beam. The package method is simple and stable, effectively lowering the manufacture cost of the light detecting module.

  • Publication number: 20230064735
Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of fabricating the semiconductor devices are described herein. The method includes steps for patterning fins in a multilayer stack and forming an opening in a fin as an initial step in forming a multilayer source/drain region. The opening is formed into a parasitic channel region of the fin. Once the opening has been formed, a source/drain barrier material is deposited using a bottom-up deposition process at the bottom of the opening to a level below the multilayer stack. A multilayer source/drain region is formed over the source/drain barrier material. A stack of nanostructures is formed by removing sacrificial layers of the multilayer stack, the multilayer source/drain region being electrically coupled to the stack of nanostructures.
