Abstract: A self tapping nut includes a round cylindrical cap, and an upper half of the cap is formed with a deformable portion with a thin wall. An upper edge of the deformable portion is formed as a protruding lip and a lower half of the cap is formed with an un-deformable portion. One end of the un-deformable portion of the cap is installed with a drilling head by which in use of the drilling head performing a drilling on a work piece directly and simplifying a process of a work.

Abstract: A pull nail comprises a pull rod; a sleeve; the pull rod being enclosed by the sleeve; a sharp tapered head is formed at one end of the pull rod; one end of the sharp tapered head being connected to the pull rod and another end of the sharp tapered head being formed with a chamfered surface; and a neck formed between the sharp tapered head and the sleeve; one end of the sleeve resisting against the sharp tapered head and another end thereof being formed with an annular lip.

Abstract: A stainless self-tapping screw comprises a screw rod made of stainless material; a rear end of the screw rod having an integral formed head and a front end thereof having a polygonal buckling groove; a cutting unit made of a hard material. A front end of the cutting unit having a cutting end and a rear end having an integral formed with a buckling post which is insertable into the buckling groove at a front end of the screw rod. In operation, the cutting unit inserted at a front end of the screw rod serves to drill a hole; then the screw rod is screwed into an metal object; the cutting unit can be taken down as the stainless self-tapping screw is screwed into the metal object.

Abstract: Screw (10) for use in the attachment of synthetic sheet materials to a supporting structure wherein screw (10) is manufactured in integral pressed form. Screw (10) includes head (50), shank (30) and tip (12) and is provided which at least one cutting member (20) which extends radially outward from shank (30). Cutting member (20) is separated from head (50) by a distance sufficient to accommodate washer (40) and cuts an aperture in the synthetic sheet material to allow the material to expand and contract without consequent damage from shank (30). Screw (10) further includes thread (11) extending to tip (12) with at least one cutting surface (15) extending through thread (11) adjacent tip (12) for penetrating and self tapping into wood or metal supporting structures.
