Abstract: A disposable single use gym workout glove having a palm section made of nitrile and a rear section made of nitrile, a woven material or a nonwoven material. Grip protrusions are located on the palm section of the glove and finger receiving members which extend out from the palm section of the glove have grip protrusions located on their front surfaces. The grip protrusions on the front surface of the finger receiving members are on the small, ring, middle and index finger receiving members and the front surface of the thumb receiving member has no grip protrusions.
