  • Publication number: 20140032274
Abstract: A system for managing dynamic pricing for online sales. The system includes a server to operate a commerce manager, a commerce manager, and a client. The server includes a processing device and a memory. The commerce manager includes a dynamic price manager operating on the processing device of the server to dynamically generate a price for a product. The dynamic price manager is influenced by market cues. The price is generated at a predetermined time interval. The client interacts with the commerce manager and is in communication with the server via a network. The client displays the price.

  • Publication number: 20130071178
Abstract: An outer mounting body is made of semi-soft material having a primarily flat planar shape formed with an upper housing portion, and an outer flange portion having a planar upper surface tapering from the housing portion to outer peripheral edges of the mounting body and adapted to be mounted to flexible or curved surfaces such as those of an inflatable surfboard. An inner mounting insert made of rigid material is molded within the outer mounting body and has an upper recess for sturdily mounting an object such as a surfboard fin. The inner mounting insert may be formed asymmetric for reversibly mounting left and right side fins near the edges of a surfboard.

  • Publication number: 20120151437
Abstract: A method is disclosed for translating by a computer system of a COBOL computer program into a translated computer program in a readable and maintainable syntax in an object oriented programming language. The translated program including variable names equivalent to the original COBOL variable names and with attributes described in COBOL syntax. The translating method further providing for memory allocation in the translated computer program for storage of “COBOL” variables compatible with that of the original COBOL program; a description of program flow that is readable, and utilizing arithmetic operators to describe operations between COBOL variables. Also disclosed is a special object oriented run-time library for creating and performing operations between COBOL numeric objects, including maintaining storage of variable content in the original COBOL format, and for enabling readability of the translated source code by allowing arguments for variable type descriptions to be expressed in COBOL syntax.

  • Patent number: 7766596
Abstract: An attachment for a telescopic material handler supplies five degrees of freedom (DOF) for the task of picking, manipulating and aiding in the installation of vertical and horizontal wall cladding and other construction materials. The cladding can be of a size up to 1.3×8.0 m and a mass of 350 kg. The control and positioning of the load is accomplished through standard operation of the telehandler in conjunction with wireless control of the five DOF of the device. Hydraulic power for the device functions may be supplied through the telehandler auxiliary circuit. The auxiliary flow also powers a hydraulic generator, which supplies the device with electrical power for both system logic and control and vacuum generation. The cladding panels are handled by the vacuum system.
