  • Patent number: 8882171
Abstract: Provided is a vehicle floor mat that can reliably maintain a fixed state and includes a mat main body and at least one fastening device for fastening the mat main body to a vehicle. The fastening device includes a first fastening member fixed to the vehicle and a second fastening member fixed to the mat main body. The first fastening member includes a rotating knob rotating about a vertical axis and a lever pivotally provided on an upper section of the knob. The second fastening member includes an insertion receiving section for the knob to be inserted thereinto, and engaged therewith by rotating the knob inserted into the insertion receiving section. A rotation of the knob in an engaged state is restricted by laying the lever. The knob and lever allow the mat main body to be fixed to the vehicle through a two-step fixation mechanism, thus enabling strong fixation.

  • Patent number: 7758678
Abstract: A housing of an air cleaner has an air inlet port and an air outlet port, and incorporates an air filter. In the housing, a fuel adsorption filter is arranged downstream of the air filter in such manner as to intersect an air passage. An open portion and a sheet-like adsorption portion are vertically defined in an outer frame of the fuel adsorption filter. The adsorption portion has a fuel adsorbing function. A weir is provided in a boundary between the open portion and the adsorption portion. The weir limits air flow from the upstream side of the adsorption portion to the upstream side of the open portion. A flow straightening plate having a flow straightening function is provided in the open portion.

  • Patent number: 7290519
Abstract: An air intake apparatus configured to combine air filtered separately through a plurality of air cleaners and lead it to a single throttle body suppresses or prevents variation in the pressure of airflow introduced from a plurality of intake paths to the single throttle body. Outside air is introduced to the plurality of air cleaners by a single air cleaner inlet. The air cleaner inlet has a chamber of a predetermined capacity which has a single intake duct, and a plurality of branching passages which branch off from the chamber into the same number as there are air cleaners and are connected to the separate air cleaners.
