  • Publication number: 20240091459
Abstract: An arrangement includes: a cannula assembly including a cannula including an outside channel opening and a sealing element, the cannula assembly configured to be connected to a receptacle, the sealing element including at least one face side which, in a mounted position, faces the receptacle and includes a passage surrounded by an annular region which forms a face-side sealing surface in a plane perpendicular to a center axis of the sealing element; a closure cap including a sealing, the channel opening of the cannula protruding into the sealing thus sealing the channel opening. Due to radial compression and/or axial compression of the sealing element, as well as due to sealing of the channel opening by the closure cap, a chamber of the receptacle is sealed in a fluid-tight manner when connected to the cannula assembly. An adapter is configured to connect the cannula assembly with the receptacle.

  • Patent number: 11918797
Abstract: A syringe body for a syringe for injecting a highly viscous medium has a hollow cylindrical configuration, forms a chamber configured to receive the highly viscous medium, and includes: a distal end portion; a proximal end portion having an opening through which a piston rod arrangement is insertable into the chamber; and a Luer lock connector formed at the distal end portion, the Luer lock connector having an outer cone with a further opening configured to dispense the highly viscous medium and a sleeve-shaped portion with an inner thread. The syringe body has a minimum NPO resistance of over 90 N.

  • Publication number: 20240041698
Abstract: A system for storing a pharmaceutical composition at low temperatures includes: a pharmaceutical container having a barrel, a stopper which fluidly closes a first end of the barrel, and a closure which fluidly closes a second end of the barrel; and a liquid pharmaceutical composition and a gas both arranged within the barrel of the container between the stopper and the closure.

  • Publication number: 20240017021
Abstract: An adapter for connecting a needle to a syringe barrel including a Luer Lock connector having a thread and a cone. The adapter includes: a first part configured to support the needle; a second part including a counter thread configured to form a screwing connection with the thread of the Luer Lock connector; and at least one deformable locking element arranged within a region of the counter thread and protruding radially beyond a minor outer diameter of the counter thread, such that the at least one deformable locking element is configured to be deformed by the thread of the Luer Lock connector when the adapter is screwed to the syringe barrel.

  • Patent number: 11865319
Abstract: A pre-Tillable or prefilled container for at least one of storage or application of a fluid includes: a receptacle having a chamber for accommodation of the fluid; a cannula assembly including a cannula and a sealing element, the cannula having an outside channel opening, the cannula assembly being attachable to the receptacle; and a closure cap including a sealing. The channel opening of the cannula protrudes into the sealing of the closure cap thus sealing the channel opening. Due to at least one of a radial compression or an axial compression of the sealing element, as well as due to sealing of the channel opening by the closure cap, the chamber is sealed in a fluid-tight manner.
