  • Publication number: 20100186288
Abstract: Disclosed is an emulsion-type water-mixed fuel which is free from separating between an oil and a water, thereby being excellent in stability, has a high combustion efficiency, and an extremely high energy-saving effect. An emulsion fuel, in which an average diameter of the water or the combustible oil is 1,000 nm or less (more preferably, average diameter is 200 to 700 nm), is formed by finely-dividing and mixing the water and the combustible oil by a finely-dividing and mixing means, while adding 10.0 to 150.0 parts by volume of the water with respect to 100 parts by volume of the combustible oil (more preferably, 25.0 to 120.0 parts by volume of the water with respect to 100 parts by volume of the combustible oil). Further, the water to be used preferably has a reduction potential of ?100 my or lower, more preferably ?300 my or lower.

  • Patent number: 7175117
Abstract: A substance-atomizing apparatus (30) has a pump member (9) and a generator member (12). The pump member (9) has a piston (13) that is reciprocally moved in a cylinder (17) by drive device (1) and pressurizes a raw material fluid. The generator member (12) makes the raw material fluid pressurized in the pump member (9) pass through a hole portion (26) provided inside the generator member, and atomizes a substance included in the raw material fluid in accordance with nozzle characteristics of the hole portion (26). A pressure chamber (14) is formed between the piston (13) and a closed end of the cylinder (17). An intake (15) is formed on a cylinder (17) side surface of the pressure chamber (14). An outlet (16) is formed on the closed end (18) of the cylinder (17). In the first half of a discharge stroke, the raw material fluid is sent from the pressure chamber (14) into a charge vessel (10) through the intake (15).

  • Publication number: 20010054649
Abstract: In atomizing apparatus as described herein comprises an outer cylinder having an inlet and an outlet and an inner cylinder slidably disposed in the outer cylinder moving in an axial direction. The particular inner cylinder comprises a plurality of holes therein which are exposed to a processing chamber. The holes may be axially arranged along the inner cylinder into groups having substantially the same diameter. The instant apparatus demonstrates superior processing efficiency and homogenization. A method of atomizing a desired substance with the instant apparatus is also described.

  • Patent number: 5989034
Abstract: In a hexagonal element extraction method, a hexagonal theme region (0) for writing or inputting a subject or the theme to be given a thought is set, and hexagonal first-layer element regions (1-6) for writing or inputting elements such as subjects, action means, and the like that come into one's mind in association with the theme written in the theme region (0) are set around the theme region (0) to form a first layer. Furthermore, elements that come into one's mind in associated with those written in the first-layer element regions (1-6) are defined as new subtheme, and hexagonal subtheme regions (3-0, 5-0) for writing or inputting these subthemes are set. Hexagonal second-layer element regions (3-1, 3-2, . . . , 3-6, 5-1, 5-2, . . . , 5-6) for writing or inputting elements such as subjects, action means, and the like that come into one's mind in association with the subthemes written in the subtheme regions (3-0, 5-0) are set around the subtheme regions to form a second layer.

  • Patent number: 5465913
Abstract: An atomizer for atomizing a material into fine particles thereof, comprising an atomizing unit and a pump for forcibly supplying the material to the atomizing unit. The atomizing unit comprises: a container having an inner space; an inlet for communicating the inner space of the container to the outside thereof; a honeycomb body being provided in the inner space of the container and having a peripheral surface, a plurality of first holes and a second hole, each of the first holes and the second hole being inwardly bored from the peripheral surface to connect with one another at the inside of the honeycomb body; and an outlet tube being connected to the honeycomb body and extending to the outside of the container for communicating the second hole and the outside of the container. The pump supplies the material into the container through the inlet. A plurality of the atomizing units can be connected in series to use.
