    Abstract: A semiconductor device capable of obtaining the threshold voltage of a transistor is provided. The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a first capacitor, a first output terminal, a first switch, and a second switch. A gate and a source of the first transistor are electrically connected to each other. A first terminal of the first capacitor is electrically connected to the source. A second terminal and the first output terminal of the first capacitor are electrically connected to a back gate of the first transistor. The first switch controls input of a first voltage to the back gate. A second voltage is input to a drain of the first transistor. The second switch controls input of a third voltage to the source.

Each of the precast blocks has loop joints on the top, bottom, left, and right side faces, and concrete is deposited between each two precast blocks adjacent in the circumferential direction and the vertical direction, whereby masonry joints are formed in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction. Prestress is imparted to the dike by PC steel members. The PC steel members are provided in the circumferential direction and the vertical direction of the dike, and are arranged so as to avoid the masonry joints in the circumferential direction and the vertical direction. Therefore, it is possible to construct the dike in a short time, and it is possible to provide a tank or the like that can reduce the construction period.

The regeneration control is control for raising the temperature of the filter to a predetermined temperature so as to burn the particulate matter.
