The data integration evaluation system 1 includes: a user requirement accepting unit 200 that accepts the data to be integrated and requirements for the data integration; an integration plan evaluation unit 300 that creates integration plans, that is, an integration plan for each column of the data, on the basis of data values of the data and the requirements, which are accepted by the user requirement accepting unit 200, and evaluates the created integration plan; and an evaluation result display unit 400 that outputs a result of the evaluation by the integration plan evaluation unit 300.
