  • Patent number: 9984803
Abstract: The electromagnetic device includes a coil bobbin around which a coil is wound and that is formed from a non-magnetic material, and a movable core that is provided in a cylindrical hollow portion of the coil bobbin and moves by excitation of the coil. A first protrusion and a second protrusion facing a part of the lower half of the movable core are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical hollow portion in ranges extending from two openings to a middle point of the coil bobbin, respectively, and the movable core is supported by the first protrusion and the second protrusion when the movable core moves.

  • Patent number: 9412540
Abstract: A small-size switch having an arc runner is provided. The switch includes fixed contacts each of which is bonded with each one end of fixed contactors 6U; movable contacts 10U each of which is bonded with each of movable contactors 9 and each of which can contact with or leave from each of the fixed contacts; an interphase barrier 80 that is disposed so as to partition the movable contacts 10U one by one and that is an insulator; and an arc runner that has an arc extinguish portion 12A and that is disposed so as not to intrude in a space where the interphase barrier 80 and the movable contactor 9 are most closely located.

  • Patent number: 9196433
Abstract: An arc runner has a pair of side panels covering movable contacts and fixed contacts from a width direction of a movable contactor, a back panel covering the movable contacts and the fixed contacts from a longitudinal direction of the movable contactor, and a top panel covering the movable contacts and the fixed contacts from above, is formed of a magnetic material, and guides arcs to be generated between the movable contacts and the fixed contacts when the movable contacts and the fixed contacts separate from each other, toward an upward direction of the movable contactor. Furthermore, the arc runner includes, in a central portion of the top panel, a top panel hole flow-path area which is larger than top-panel to side-panel gaps formed between the side panels and the top panel.
