  • Publication number: 20040148260
Abstract: A technology for easily and accurately identifying a counterfeit program is provided. Image data and product-name data, which serve as product data, are input. A determination is made as to whether or not the input product data includes a registered trademark that is attached to genuine products and that is not attached to third party products as first information, and a determination is made as to whether or not the input product data includes a micro character that is attached to only genuine products as second information for counterfeit protection. When the input product data includes the first information and does not include the second information, it is determined that the product is a counterfeit product.

  • Patent number: 6108532
Abstract: In a radio communications apparatus according to the present invention, an RSSI detects the strength of a received signal, and a fading pitch detection circuit detects a fading pitch of the signal from the detected strength thereof and determines whether the moving speed of the terminal apparatus exceeds a predetermined value. A high-speed moving time incoming call control means determines whether the apparatus is moving at high speed based on the determination results of the fading pitch detection circuit. If it is doing so, the control means automatically responds to the incoming call, transmits a response message from a response message storage area to a communication party, and stores a message input by the communication party in a message storage area.

  • Patent number: 5528631
Abstract: A .pi./4 shifted DQPSK modulator includes a mapping/filtering circuit (6) equipped with a mapping function and filtering function. The mapping/filtering circuit (6) allows phase information which is obtained for each symbol to be shift-input to its shift register (61, 62, 63) and sequentially reads out filter-processed filter factor data corresponding to 256 samples initially stored in a factor memory circuit (7) and allows the filter factor data to be converted to numerical values based on position information corresponding to 10 symbols output in parallel manner from the shift register (61, 62, 63). According to this circuit (6), it is possible to obtain filtered mapping data MF. Therefore, the modulator has less number of gates of the filter and can be embodied with a very simplified compact circuit configuration.
