  • Patent number: 11133515
Abstract: A fuel cell system has a battery, a gas supply portion, a temperature acquisition portion configured to acquire a presumed temperature that is presumed to reach during the operation stop of the fuel cell; and a scavenging controlling portion. When it is determined that the presumed temperature is a predetermined temperature or more at the time of the operation stop of the fuel cell, the scavenging controlling portion performs the stop-time scavenging operation with a first scavenging ability; and when it is determined that the presumed temperature is less than the predetermined temperature, the scavenging controlling portion performs the stop-time scavenging operation with a second scavenging ability higher than the first scavenging ability.

  • Publication number: 20210160386
Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a communication section, an operation section, a sound generating section, and a control section. The communication section is communicably connected to an external terminal. The operation section is operated by the external terminal. The sound generating section generates sound when the operation section is operated. The control section controls the sound generating section. The operation section has an operation accepting section that accepts an operation by an operator. The control section determines whether the operation section is operated by the external terminal or operated by the operator when the operation section is operated. When determining that the operation section is operated by the external terminal, the control section prohibits generation of sound by the sound generating section. When determining that the operation section is operated by the operator, the control section permits the generation of the sound by the sound generating section.

  • Patent number: 10957924
Abstract: A fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell, a gas-liquid separator, a drain flow path through which moisture is discharged from the gas-liquid separator, a valve configured to control discharge of the moisture from the gas-liquid separator, and a controller configured to control fuel cell operation and opening and closing of the valve, and determine whether the valve is frozen. Upon receipt of a stop request of the fuel cell during the fuel cell operation, the controller repeatedly determines whether the valve is frozen. If the controller determines that the valve is frozen, it continues the fuel cell operation until it determines that the valve is not frozen. If the controller determines that the valve is not frozen, it executes stop processing of the fuel cell including opening valve processing.

  • Patent number: 10795496
Abstract: It is intended to provide a method for selecting a writing sheet for a touch panel pen that can accurately select a writing sheet with which the generation of unpleasant sounds during writing is suppressed. According to the method for selecting a writing sheet for a touch panel pen, a sheet satisfying condition 1-1 and condition 1-2 described below is selected as a writing sheet for a touch panel pen. <condition 1-1> Sound generated when writing is performed under predetermined conditions using a touch panel pen on the surface of a writing sheet for a touch panel pen is recorded. The sound pressure (dB/Hz) is calculated for each 1 Hz from the recorded sound by means of fast Fourier transform. The values of the dB/Hz at frequencies from 1 Hz to 20,000 Hz are normalized to have a maximum value of 100 and a minimum value of 0, and the normalized values of dB/Hz are adopted as rated sound pressures P.

  • Patent number: 10777827
Abstract: A technique that suppresses excessive water drainage from a fuel cell is provided. A water drainage device that drains water from inside of a fuel cell includes: a purge gas supply system; an operation unit; a water drainage controller; and a water content acquirer. The operation unit receives a water drainage command from a water drainage switch configured to control execution of a purge process by the purge gas supply system. When the water content obtained by the water content acquirer is equal to or lower than a predetermined value, the water drainage controller performs either one of: (i) invalidating the received water drainage command; and (ii) changing a processing condition of the purge process to decrease an amount of water drained by the purge process, compared with an amount of water drainage when the obtained water content is higher than the predetermined value.
