The present invention relates to a hepcidin adsorption inhibitor including a chelating agent, a method of inhibiting adsorption of hepcidin, which includes bringing a hepcidin-containing liquid into contact with at least one member selected from a rubber member, a plastic member, or a glass member, in a presence of a chelating agent, a standard product for measuring hepcidin, which contains the hepcidin adsorption inhibitor and hepcidin, and the like. According to the present invention, the adsorption of hepcidin is inhibited.
