  • Patent number: 10205429
Abstract: An object is to provide an output-noise reduction device that can prevent noise from an electronic device accommodated in a metal casing from being transmitted due to electromagnetic coupling. An output voltage is extracted to the outside through a conducting bar. A magnetic body core includes a through hole through which the conducting bar is inserted. A chip capacitor is mounted on a mounting board and connects between the output terminal VO and ground potential. A section from the output terminal VO to at least part of the chip capacitor mounted on the mounting board is isolated from the electromagnetic coupling from the electronic device. Thus, noise is prevented from being transmitted to the output terminal VO.

  • Patent number: 10200005
Abstract: An object is to provide an output-noise reduction device in which a component encapsulated through insert molding can be appropriately protected. In a noise filter module (output-noise reduction device), a conducting bar and a magnetic body core are protected with a molded member formed through insert molding. The molded member is formed of a resin material with a molding shrinkage rate of 0.5% or less. Thus, the amount of shrinkage after the molded member is molded and stress as a result of the shrinkage can be made small, whereby damage on the magnetic body core, deformation of a lead frame, and the like can be prevented from occurring.

  • Patent number: 9704638
Abstract: One end of a bus bar for leading an output voltage output from a switching power supply to the outside is a connection terminal connected to an output end associated with the switching power supply, while the other end is an output terminal VO. A ferrite core has a through-hole through which the bus bar is disposed. Electromagnetic coupling from the switching power supply is suppressed between the output terminal VO of the bus bar and at least a part of the ferrite core on the output terminal VO side along the bus bar. In this way, electromagnetic coupling of a part of a choke coil including the ferrite core with the bus bar penetrating therethrough on the output terminal VO side and the switching power supply is suppressed, whereby propagation of noise to the output terminal VO is suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20170194090
Abstract: An object is to provide an output-noise reduction device that can achieve more effective fixing of an output terminal. A conducting bar in a noise filter module has a front end portion provided with a bent portion bent upward to be orthogonal with the front and rear direction. This bent portion serves as the resistance against the secondary molded member with respect to movement of the conducting bar in the front and rear direction. Thus, when the force in the detaching direction (the front and rear direction) is applied in a state where the bolt is fixed to the connection terminal of the supplying device, movement of the conducting bar in the front and rear direction with respect to the frame molded member can be prevented, with the bent portion serving as the resistance against the frame molded member.

  • Patent number: 9276390
Abstract: In a bus bar assembly includes a magnetic body having at least a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole and a bus bar. The bus bar is configured so that directions of electrical current flowing through it are opposed to each other at least once. The magnetic body includes a middle leg in the middle region located between portions of the bus bar. At least the middle leg defines a gap rendering a magnetic field discontinuous. The bus bar is configured to extend through the first insertion hole of the magnetic body from a first side of the magnetic body to a second side opposed to the first side with respect to an extending direction of the bus bar and further through the second insertion hole from the second side to the first side. The middle leg is located between the first and second insertion holes.

At least the middle leg defines a gap which renders a magnetic field produced by the current discontinuous.
