Duty ratios for a plurality of steps are recorded in a ROM of a slave ECU. The slave ECU sets an interval time for 1 step, reads out from a map brightness of a next step at each set interval time, and outputs a pulse with the read out duty ratio to a LED. A change duty ratio, a pre-change interval time and a post-change interval time are recorded in the ROM. The slave ECU sets the interval time for 1 step to the pre-change interval time before the duty ratio of the LED reaches to the change duty ratio, and changes the setting by setting the interval time for 1 step to the post-change interval time after the duty ratio of the LED has reached to the change duty ratio.
