  • Patent number: 11692051
Abstract: A method for producing a nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber including copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing an ?,?-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer and a conjugated diene monomer, in which the copolymer has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) in a range of 30 to 60 at a time point when a polymerization conversion rate is 60%, the copolymerization is carried out until the polymerization conversion rate reaches 85% or more, and the obtained nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) of 85 to 150.

  • Publication number: 20150099841
Abstract: A method of production of a nitrile copolymer rubber composition which contains a nitrile copolymer rubber, layered inorganic filler, vinyl chloride resin, and plasticizer including the steps of adding, to an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl chloride resin, 10 to 100 wt % of the total amount of plasticizer which is used and 0 to 100 wt % of the total amount of layered inorganic filler which is used to prepare an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl chloride resin which contains a plasticizer (A) and mixing an aqueous dispersion of a nitrile copolymer rubber (B) which may contain a plasticizer and/or layered inorganic filler and the aqueous dispersion of a vinyl chloride resin (A), then causing them to coagulate to form crumbs and filtering and drying the same is provided.

  • Publication number: 20050044868
Abstract: When a vehicle approaches a station, this is detected by means of spot detection and vehicle velocity detection, and operation of a ventilator is slowed down or stopped when the vehicle is at a stop at the station. This allows the numbers of revolutions of an indoor blower, an outdoor blower and a compressor of an air conditioner to be reduced by half, with the heat load being reduced by half. This operation control can reduce the powers of sound sources constituting the interior noise, thereby reducing the interior noise.

  • Patent number: 6638036
Abstract: A ventilating device capable of being easily assembled and disassembled, wherein, after setting a blower for exhaust and a blower for air supply on an electric motor (55), the electric motor is installed in an exhaust flow path (122) of a silencer box (100). The inside of the silencer box (100) is divided by partitions into the exhaust flow paths (122, 123) and air supply flow paths (132, 134) and sound absorbing material is installed on the wall surfaces of the air flow paths (122, 123, 132 and 134). Each blower aligns with each of the air flow paths when an air blow device is inserted, and an opening into which the air blow device is inserted is covered by a cover (150). The blowers can be assembled and disassembled from the side and the air blow devices can be inserted from the upper side.
