    Abstract: The present invention is an enteral syringe that can include an elongated body having a hollow cavity therein and at least one vent extending from the hollow cavity to an outside surface of the syringe body. The elongated body can have a first non-circular cross-section. The enteral syringe can also have a plunger operable to selectively travel within the hollow cavity. The plunger can additionally have a second non-circular cross-section that substantially mirrors the first non-circular cross-section. The enteral syringe can additionally have at least one support feature for hanging the syringe from a support structure.
