    Abstract: A removable sleeve for covering a metal tubular handrail for a swimming pool or spa comprises an elongated substantially rectangular sheet of synthetic elastomer having a sheet of fabric bonded to the exterior surface thereof, and releasable securing structure extending along substantially the entire length of the opposite edges of the elongated sheet for joining the opposite edges to secure the sleeve around and along the tubular handrail.
