Abstract: A barbecue grill with an adjustment device comprises a cover, a rack, a post, a tooth plate, an adjusting gear, a spring, a knob, a bolt and a nut, wherein the tooth plate has teeth along one inner side, and the knob comprises a threaded hole, the adjusting gear meshes with the teeth of the tooth plate, the bolt is inserted through the knob, the spring, the adjusting gear, the cover, and: is tightened by the nut from the other end. This secures the tooth plate to the cover while the post of the rack is placed in the tooth plate. When the knob is turned to loosen the adjusting gear, the adjusting gear is able to adjust with respect to the teeth of the tooth plate and the gap between the cover and the rack is adjustable.

Abstract: A toaster structure comprises a rear plate, a rear door, and a safety switch. The rear plate has an opening at center portion with a pair of rails formed at respective sides of the opening, and a step below the lower end of the opening. The rear door comprises a pair of edges at respective sides, which align with the rails of the rear plate and will guide the rear door to slide along the rails up and down, whereas the step will receive the rear door and confine further movement. The safety switch is formed on the rear plate in align with one side of the step, and will be pressed by the rear door when the door is closed.

Abstract: A structure of a grill and a cage separately for an electric oven, characterize by a gear fitted on either outer side of the grill/cage, a rotating shaft passing through the oven being respectively fixed to the outer side the gear and the other outer side of the grill/cage; the grill comprised of two turntables with one having an insertion rod at its center and the other having an insertion hole are fixed to each other and secured with a wing bolt adapted to the outer side of the another turntable; and a partition being provided on the inner wall of the cage protruding toward the center of the cage.

Abstract: A juice maker comprises a jar and a tray at a bottom portion of the jar, the tray comprising an opening at one end, and is characterized in that: the jar comprising a recess at one side, a hole at a bottom portion close to the recess, an axle adjacent to the hole; the tray comprising an opening at one end and a sleeve at the other end opposing to the opening, the opposing end with respect to the opening of said tray is attached closely to the hole, thus, the tray may be pivoted into the recess of the jar when not in use, and the tray may be pivoted outwardly from the recess to drain the juice in the jar.

Abstract: A griller is provided which includes a case and a grill set mounted within the case. The case has a hollow body and electric heaters internally located with a gear box and a motor. The grill set is driven by the gear box and the case is formed having a recess within a top portion of the case. The grill set is formed with a screen, screen cover, socket, rod and fixture where the socket is secured within the center of the screen with opposing ends formed in a rounded contour and placed within the recesses of the case. The socket has a shank which is formed with a step-like section for insertion of the screen cover. The fixture is secured within the step-like section of the socket to facilitate assembling the screen and the screen cover with the rod secured in the socket having one end engaged with the gear box and rotatively driven by the motor.
