Abstract: Provided herein is a system that comprises re-chargeable batteries which enables a workman to use hand-held power implements having greatly reduced weight over systems of prior art. By minimizing the weight of the hand-held implement, stress on the users hand and wrist which are normally necessary to counterbalance gravitational forces acting on the implement are greatly diminished, thus dramatically reducing the propensity for a workman using such a system to develop carpal tunnel syndrome.
