More specifically, the present system includes a vehicle support frame pivotally connected to a supporting surface. The vehicle support frame supports a vehicle and pivots between a collapsed position and an inclined position upon inflation of an inflatable air bag system that is connected to and placed between the supporting surface and the vehicle support frame.
