  • Publication number: 20220349867
Abstract: A method for inferring energy content of a flow fluid in a gaseous state is disclosed. The method is carried out by a computer system (200) having a processor (210) and memory (220), the memory (220) having an inference module (204), the method comprising inferring, by the inference module (204), the inferred energy content of the flow fluid in the gaseous state from an inferential relationship between the inferred energy content of the flow fluid in the gaseous state with at least one measurement taken of the flow fluid in the liquid state.

  • Patent number: 10546372
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide methods, machines, and a computer medium or media having computer programs to determine presence anomalies in circumferential welds of one or more pipelines transporting fluids associated with energy therethrough. Wave form analysis or pattern recognition in pipeline data such as magnetic flux leakage data is employed. A screening process, for example, does not affect or change how survey data is recorded such as in survey tools; only how it is analyzed after the survey data is completed. Embodiments of the machines, methods, and computer medium having computer programs can be used to screen for anomalies potentially threatening the structural integrity of the one or more pipelines so that site excavation can occur for confirmation and validation of the output results.

  • Publication number: 20160174529
Abstract: A pole cover for a pole is provided. The pole cover may cover a bird feeder pole and be adapted to prevent squirrels and other unwanted animals from accessing the bird feeder. The cover comprises a sheet formed into an axially elongated hollow cylinder that may be mounted to an existing pole via one or more attachment mechanisms. The cover may further comprise an outer surface having a layer of non-stick coating.

  • Publication number: 20090106693
Abstract: A method is implementable in an electronic system coupled to an electronic device, which is, in turn, coupled to a display device. A web page displayable on the display device is served to the electronic device. The displayed web page includes a user interface, which, in turn, includes a selection field. A first set of selectable tags is displayed in the selection field, each of the first-set tags corresponding to a respective vocational characteristic of a first set of vocational characteristics. A user selection of at least one first-set tag is received. An indication of a candidate profile associated with at least one vocational characteristic corresponding to the selected tag is provided.
