  • Patent number: 9085124
Abstract: A heat sealable polypropylene resin laminate film having good toughness and heat sealing strength and energy sufficient for packaging heavy goods, mainly fruits and vegetables, and a package made of such film, is a laminate film having three or more layers, a substrate layer made of a crystalline polypropylene resin, a heat sealable layer having a melting point of not more than 150° C., and an intermediate layer. The product of the tensile modulus of elasticity (GPa) in both orthogonal directions of the film is 3.1-6.0 (GPa)2, and the heat sealing energy is not less than 11N·cm/15 mm when the film is sealed, such that the heat sealing strength of the film is not less than 8N/15 mm.

  • Patent number: 8583383
Abstract: A bolt-axial-force measuring method and instrument capable of easily and precisely measuring an axial force of a bolt are provided. The bolt is screw-joined and coupled to a piston of a bolt tensioner, and a hydraulic pressure is supplied to its pressure chamber so that the bolt is elongated by applying a tensile force equal to or more than a necessary bolt-fastening force. A nut separating from a fastened member due to the elongation of the bolt is seated again on the fastened member, and the hydraulic pressure in the pressure chamber is discharged to release the tensile force of the bolt.

  • Patent number: 5984526
Abstract: A rotor 16 rotatably installed on a casing 10 is in contact with a container hole 11 of the casing 10, and the rotor 16 is equipped with a rotating shaft 17 which rotates around a rotation center O.sub.2 at a position deviated from a reference axis O.sub.0 of a container chamber by a distance E. An eccentric bearing 25 is rotatably attached to the casing 10, and has a rotation center O.sub.1 at a position deviated from both the rotation center O.sub.2 and the reference axis O.sub.0 by a predetermined distance. The eccentric bearing 25 rotates in accordance with rotation of the rotating shaft 17, and the rotor 16 is thereby brought into contact with the sliding contact portion 11a with a predetermined stress. As a result, it is possible to set large tolerances of processing precision of components of a driving device having a rotating member and a casing containing the rotating member.

  • Patent number: 5586455
Abstract: An automatic washing machine includes a clutch float having external gear teeth. The clutch float is located around a shaft which is driven by an electric motor and to which an agitator is secured. The clutch float couples the shaft to an inner rotatable tub when its external gear teeth are engaged with internal gear teeth at the inner tub side in a dehydration step. The clutch float moves upwardly in subjection to buoyancy when water is supplied into the inner tub in a wash step. The external gear teeth of the clutch float are disengaged from the internal gear teeth so that the shaft is decoupled from the inner tub. The washing machine further includes a rotation restricting float which moves upwardly in subjection to the buoyancy in the wash step to couple the inner tub to an outer stationary tub and which decouples the inner tub from the outer tub in the dehydration step. A device delivers a position signal indicative of the position of the clutch float which is vertically movable.

  • Patent number: 5469719
Abstract: A full automatic washing machine includes an outer tub, a rotatable tub rotatably mounted in the outer tub, an agitator rotatably mounted in the rotatable tub and an electric motor for driving the rotatable tub and the agitator. The volume of clothes accommodated in the rotatable tub is detected. A control circuit controls either a stored-water rinse mode in which the clothes are rinsed with water being stored in the rotatable tub or a rinse-with-dehydration mode in which the clothes are rinsed and dehydrated with the water supplied into the rotatable tub. The stored-water rinse mode is selected when the detected volume of clothes is large. The rinse-with-dehydration mode is selected when the detected volume is small.
