  • Publication number: 20090033952
Abstract: An image plotting apparatus capable of minimizing displacement between each partial image plotted sequentially. While a table (14) with a work (12) placed thereon is moved relative to an image plotting means (30) such that an image plotting error arising from displacement of the table (14) when an image pattern is plotted by the image plotting means (30) on the work (12) placed on the table (14) is eliminated using image plotting position deviation information, obtained in advance, representing an image plotting position deviation, which indicates displacement of the table (14) with respect to the image plotting means (30) that occurs in the movement of the table (14), in association with each of the moving direction positions of the table (14), partial images, each corresponding to each moving direction position of the table (14) with respect to the image plotting means (30), are plotted on the work (12) placed on the table (14), thereby a predetermined image pattern is plotted on the work (12).

  • Publication number: 20080220344
Abstract: In a drawing method for drawing an image on a substrate by relatively moving a drawing head that forms, based on input drawing-point data, drawing points on the substrate with respect to the substrate and by sequentially forming the drawing points on the substrate by the drawing head based on the movement of the drawing head, a relative positional deviation between the substrate and the drawing head during drawing of the image is obtained. Further, formation positions of the drawing points by the drawing head are corrected based on the obtained relative positional deviation.

  • Publication number: 20080183482
Abstract: The present invention provides a logistic PKI service system that improves reliability and security of its distribution portion. An article displayed on a shop terminal is purchased from a user's mobile terminal via a network. Then, a shop terminal receives distribution label data from a PKI. The user's mobile terminal receives authentication information transmitted by the PKI. The shop terminal generates a distribution label on the basis of the distribution label data from the PKI. Then, the shop terminal attaches the distribution label to the article and then requests a distributor to deliver the article. After the distributor delivers the article to a user, the user's mobile terminal reads information from the distribution label attached to the article. The user's mobile terminal then carries out information on the basis of the information from the distribution label and the authentication information from the PKI.

  • Publication number: 20080170239
Abstract: A light source unit (100A) for alignment is provided with a camera (30), a lighting apparatus (102), and furthermore, a changing section (110), an image processing section (112), an extracting section (114) and a setting section (116). The changing section (110) controls drive of a shifting mechanism (118) based on information from the setting section (116), and the lighting apparatus (102) is shifted to a desired position. The image processing section (112) acquires a quantitative data relating to an alignment mark (50) and contrast of its peripheral part (104), based on image pickup information from the camera (30). The extracting section (114) extracts an interval wherein the contrast is optimized as an optimum interval, based on the quantitative data. The setting section (116) gives information to the changing section (110) so that the interval between the lighting apparatus (102) and the alignment mark (50) is the optimum interval.

  • Patent number: 7379152
Abstract: An exposure apparatus and method in which an image is formed on a recording medium mounted on a recording stage by irradiating a light beam based on image data from a recording head while the recording head and the recording stage are relatively moved, in the exposure apparatus and method, storing in advance, in a storage section, shift-amount data of a detected displacement of an image-form position with respect to a stage surface of the recording stage in a direction intersecting a direction in which the recording stage moves, which displacement occurs accompanied by movement of the recording stage; carrying out shifting for each of pixels of an image formed by the image data based on the shift-amount data stored in the storage section; and controlling exposure for the recording medium based on image data of the shifted image, is provided to reduce distortion of the image.

  • Patent number: 7281871
Abstract: The invention provides an image forming apparatus and an image forming method which can correct displacement of a forming position of an image with high accuracy even when a recording medium is strained into an arbitrary shape. Positional information representing positions of each of multiple locating holes made in advance on a printed wire board (PWB) is obtained by a camera, a forming area of a wiring pattern image on the PWB is virtually divided into multiple quadrilateral areas on the basis of the positional information, in each divided area, raster data showing the image is converted so that, when it is assumed that there is no strain on the PWB, a formed wiring pattern image is matched to an image formed on a corresponding divided area, and, on the basis of the raster data after conversion, the image is formed on the PWB.
