  • Patent number: 11987408
Abstract: A component mounting system including: a component mounting device group in which a plurality of component mounting devices that mount components supplied to a board transported in from an upstream side by a tape feeder and transport out the board to a downstream side, and cut a carrier tape after supplying the components by a cutter device and discharge scraps of carrier tape, are installed on a floor surface while being arranged in a direction of conveying the board; a main conveyor that is installed along an arrangement direction of the plurality of component mounting devices in a region on the floor surface under the component mounting device group, and transports the scraps of carrier tape discharged from each of the plurality of component mounting devices; and a scraps storage that is installed outside the region and stores the scraps of carrier tape transported by the main conveyor.

  • Patent number: 8319155
Abstract: An object in the present invention is to provide a column oven capable of maintaining excellent temperature stability despite ambient temperature changes around the column oven. A column oven 10 has an outer chamber 12, an inner chamber 14 disposed in the outer chamber 12, and column 16 disposed in the inner chamber 14. The outer chamber includes heater 18, fan 20 for the outer chamber for circulating air heated by the heater 18, and a temperature sensor 22 for the outer chamber for detecting temperature inside the outer chamber. The inner chamber 14 includes fans 24 for the inner chamber and a temperature sensor 26 for the inner chamber for detecting temperature inside the inner chamber. An inner chamber wall is spaced-apart from an outer chamber wall. A target temperature in the outer chamber is set based on temperature detected by the temperature sensor 26 for the inner chamber.

  • Patent number: 5698235
Abstract: An extrusion screw (13) for an extruder (11) includes a screw shaft (24 ) which is rotatably arranged in a cylinder barrel (12). A main flight (25) and an auxiliary flight (26) are helically provided on the outer peripheral surface of the screw shaft (24). The trailing ends (25a, 26a) of these flights (25, 26) are spaced from each other by a half turn in the circumferential direction (A) of the screw shaft (24). A main flight groove (32) is formed between the front wall surface (27) of the main flight (25) and the rear wall surface (29) of the auxiliary flight (26). An auxiliary flight groove (31) is formed between the front wall surface (28) of the auxiliary flight (26) and the rear wall surface (30) of the main flight (25) to have a second cross-sectional area. The cross-sectional area of the auxiliary flight groove (31) decreases in a direction from the leading end (26b) to the trailing end (26a) of the auxiliary flight (26).

  • Patent number: 4825880
Abstract: An implantable helical coil microwave antenna, particularly adapted for interstitial hyperthermia therapy of cancer, comprises a coaxial cable having a distal end of its outer conductor removed and a helical coil mounted on the exposed inner conductor insulator. A proximal end of the helical coil is separated axially from the distal end of the outer conductor and the distal end of the helical coil is connected to the inner conductor of the coaxial cable feed line. The antenna functions to confine heat to the area immediately surrounding the coil and thus induces substantially identical thermal profiles at varying antenna insertion depths in tissue when the antenna is energized with microwave energy.
