  • Publication number: 20240116394
Abstract: A server (management apparatus) includes: a communication unit (first acquisition unit) that acquires a request regarding adjustment of electric power supply-and-demand in a power grid; and a processor (controller) that performs, based on the request, control to notify, a user of an electrically powered vehicle, of a replacement cost required for battery replacement at a battery station (battery replacement apparatus). When charging with electric power of the power grid is requested and a battery (first battery) of the electrically powered vehicle has an SOC lower than the SOC of a battery (second battery) having a maximum SOC to be used for charging, among a plurality of batteries (second batteries), the processor performs control to notify the user of the replacement cost lower than a normal replacement cost.

  • Publication number: 20240116477
Abstract: A server includes a communication unit (first communication unit) (second communication unit) that receives information about a request for adjustment of power supply-and-demand in a power grid. The server includes a processor (controller) that predicts a schedule of replacement of a battery (first battery) at a battery station (battery replacement apparatus). The processor specifies, based on the schedule, a battery (second battery) available for charging or discharging for the request for adjustment, and determines, based on the specified battery, whether or not it is possible to respond to the request for adjustment.

  • Publication number: 20110074749
Abstract: A thin film transistor array substrate includes a substrate, thin film transistors formed on the substrate, wirings provided on the substrate. The wirings are subjected to an application of a voltage to drive circuits including the thin film transistors. At least part of the surface of each of the wirings is made of an anodic oxide film.

  • Patent number: 6653216
Abstract: An active matrix substrate includes a line layer formed of an Al-based metal layer and a part of which is exposed through a contact hole formed in an insulating film. In the active matrix substrate, pixel electrodes are formed of an ITO film on the insulating film, and a jumper line for connecting a disconnected portion of a protect ring, a surface layer of a data line connecting pad, and a line protecting film are formed at the same time as the pixel electrodes are formed. This reduces the number of fabrication steps. The ITO film is patterned by dry etching due to reactive ion etching using a mixed gas of a hydrogen halide gas and an inert gas, with the temperatures of the center portion and peripheral portion of the substrate substantially equalized to each other.

  • Patent number: 6500701
Abstract: A protective film for protecting the channel region of a thin film transistor is formed by a dry etching treatment. Therefore, even if there is a defect in a semiconductor film, pin holes are not formed in a gate insulating film. It follows that the breakdown voltage of the gate insulating film is not lowered even if a scanning signal line, etc., including a gate electrode, are formed of only an Al-based metal film that does not have an anodic oxide film formed on the surface.

  • Patent number: 6429157
Abstract: A woven fabric prepreg comprising at least [A] a woven fabric as reinforcing fibers, [B] a thermosetting resin or thermosetting resin composition and [C] fine particles of a resin and having a cover factor of 95% or more, and a honeycomb sandwich panel, comprising skin panels fabricated by said woven fabric prepreg and [D] a honeycomb core can be obtained. The woven fabric prepreg little changes in tackiness with the lapse of time and has moderate drapability, being excellent in self adhesiveness to the honeycomb core when used as skin panels of a honeycomb sandwich panel. Furthermore, the honeycomb sandwich panel obtained has a small porosity in the skin panels fabricated by the cured prepreg and has excellent surface smoothness with few pits and depressions on the surfaces of the skin panels.

  • Patent number: 6045898
Abstract: The present invention provides a prepreg having an excellent self adhesiveness to a honeycomb core, a low porosity when used as skin panels, an excellent surface smoothness due to a low surface porosity, and good tackiness and drapability. This invention also provides a honeycomb sandwich panel having a skin panel peel strength, an excellent impact resistance and an excellent hot water resistance, and a composition for a fiber reinforced composite material made from the prepreg and honeycomb sandwich panel. The fiber reinforced composite material made from the prepreg of the present invention can be used for airplanes, automobiles and other industrial applications, particularly as structural materials of airplanes, because of its excellent mechanical properties.

  • Patent number: 5599612
Abstract: A prepreg precursor including a carbon fiber woven fabric having applied to the fabric between about 0.5 to about 10 wt % of a stabilizer material for stabilizing the structural form of the fabric. Prepregs can then be produced using the woven fabric. Undesired settlement of matrix resin from the surface of the woven fabric is thus prevented. Hence, compared with a prepreg prepared using conventional woven fabric, a prepreg prepared by using the woven fabric of the invention can hold its tackiness for a long time and can be used to produce a fiber reinforced composite material excellent in smoothness without being devoid of surface resin.
