Patent number: 9550254Abstract: A pure Ar-MIG welding wire for welding steel according to the present invention is formed of a flux-cored wire. The flux-cored wire is formed in the manner that a formation formed by welding a carbon steel hoop into a pipe shape or a seamless pipe is used as an outer sheath, the outer sheath is filled with a flux, and a wire drawing process is performed. The flux accounts for 7 to 27 mass % of the total wire mass. The wire contains graphite in the amount of 0.16 to 2.00 mass % on the basis of the total wire mass and iron powder in the amount of 20 mass % on the basis of the total flux mass. According to the construction, neither expensive metal resource nor a greenhouse effect gas is used, slag and fume generation is inhibited, and a weld joint having a high static tensile strength and fatigue strength can be obtained.Type: GrantFiled: April 3, 2009Date of Patent: January 24, 2017Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Kobe Seiko Sho (Kobe Steel, Ltd.)Inventors: Reiichi Suzuki, Yu Umehara, Toshihiko Nakano

Patent number: 8844995Abstract: A tonneau cover device includes a tonneau cover coupled to a hatchback door. A movable guide arranged on the tonneau cover is guided by a fixed guide arranged in the vehicle to guide the tonneau cover. The movable guide is separated from the fixed guide when the hatchback door opens. A controller moves the tonneau cover to an extension position when the hatchback door closes and a storage position when the hatchback door opens. A detector detects whether movement of the tonneau cover is obstructed due to contact with an object. The controller temporarily interrupts movement of the tonneau cover when the detector detects that the movement of the tonneau cover to the storage position has been obstructed and restarts the movement of the tonneau cover to the storage position when determining that the movable guide has been separated from the fixed guide as the hatchback door opens.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2012Date of Patent: September 30, 2014Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Tokai Rika Denki SeisakushoInventors: Takashi Nagao, Hiroyuki Mori, Toshihiko Nakano

Patent number: 8355806Abstract: An information control system capable of precisely defining and executing a condition for stipulating a state of an apparatus to be controlled. A storage unit stores an object definition table storing data items of a structure and a state of an object constituting a controlled system, and an actor definition table storing a monitor condition of an object state, an object monitor item and a setting value, as an actor as a control element for monitoring and controlling the object. A processing unit receives an object state from the controlled system, and when the state changes, transmits changed state value to the actor. The actor then refers to the actor definition table to judge whether the monitor condition is satisfied, and if satisfied, changes the setting value of the monitor condition and transmits a control command for setting value change to the object corresponding to the monitor item.Type: GrantFiled: December 24, 2009Date of Patent: January 15, 2013Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Toshihiko Nakano, Satoshi Ohkubo, Ryota Mibe

Patent number: 7885322Abstract: A jitter measuring circuit that is capable of measuring the amount of clock jitter and the amount of logic circuit delay jitter separately is provided. The jitter measuring circuit comprises a variable logic delaying section, a data holding section and a controller. The data holding section outputs predetermined data whenever a delay time of the variable logic delaying section is within a time period equivalent to one clock cycle. While the controller changes a delay time of the variable logic delaying section, it observes whether the data holding section outputs expected data and finds a marginal delay time which represents the amount of jitter. If the jitter measuring circuit operates on a power supply without power supply noise, the measured jitter has component of the clock signal only, and if it operates on a power supply with power supply noise, the jitter contains components of the clock signal plus the logic delay time variation.Type: GrantFiled: March 30, 2007Date of Patent: February 8, 2011Assignee: NEC CorporationInventor: Toshihiko Nakano

Patent number: 7228561Abstract: In distributed system for operating devices in association with one another, a device responsible for determining whether or not an access is permitted, and criteria for determination are hidden from accessing device or user, and flexible access control is provided among devices without need for previously defining accessible devices or user's identifiers. Communication process opens data communications which are interactions between devices to permit indefinite number of other devices to monitor data. A behavior monitoring process acquires interaction within particular device or between other devices in system for storage in behavior log table. Access control process matches the behavior log table with access control policy to determine whether or not device should be associated with target device from which process request is received, or with a target device to which a process program of the particular device attempts to access.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2002Date of Patent: June 5, 2007Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Shigetoshi Sameshima, Katsumi Kawano, Motohisa Funabashi, Nobuhisa Kobayashi, Toshihiko Nakano

Patent number: 7212097Abstract: Access to restricted areas or devices are controlled by based on collecting information about the surrounding environment in connection with those restricted areas or service devices. Generally, one refers to service devices and access to service devices. Area access control can be viewed as being provided by a service device (e.g., an automated door or gate), access to which permits entry to (or exit from) a controlled area. Information about the surrounding environment includes, but is not limited to, the presence or absence of particular individuals, the presence or absence of other service devices, the location and/or proximity of other service devices, the location of the user requesting access to the service device, and so on. Based on knowledge of the surrounding environment, service access to the device can be permitted or denied.Type: GrantFiled: January 17, 2002Date of Patent: May 1, 2007Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Tatsuya Yoshikawa, Shigetoshi Sameshima, Katsumi Kawano, Toshihiko Nakano, Nobuhisa Kobayashi

Patent number: 6515549Abstract: In a semiconductor integrated circuit, a selector 1 selects a signal FB at the input thereof by giving a proper level to a signal EN. By setting two-phase scan clocks SC1, SC2 of F/F 2,4 so that F/F 2,4 are set to the through state, a signal can be passed from F/F 2 to F/F 4 under a through state in the above circuit. Further, there can be fabricated a critical path-ring oscillator which is self-oscillated in the critical path by negatively feeding back the output of F/F 4 to F/F 2 through the signal FB. The logic in the ring is required to be an inverted logic. In a test other than a speed screening test or at the normal operation time, a proper level is given to the signal EN so that the selector 1 is switched to select the input side, thereby cutting a negative feedback path through which the output of F/F 4 is negatively fed back to F/F2.Type: GrantFiled: February 27, 2001Date of Patent: February 4, 2003Assignee: NEC CorporationInventor: Toshihiko Nakano
