  • Publication number: 20050036145
Abstract: A small packaged spectroscopic sensor unit is provided which measures or inspects an interior quality or ingredient of an inspection object by introducing light having passed through the interior of the inspection object to an optical fiber and analyzes the light spectroscopically. In this sensor unit, the fiber bundle receives only a light beam of incident angle less than a prescribed angle, the fiber bundle is twisted together to disperse and uniformize the irregularity of the introduced light at the light-emitting end, and the optical fiber bundle is held by an arranging holder to shape the light-emitting face of the fiber bundle to fit the light-receiving face of a light diffuser and the light-receiving face of a photoelectric conversion element.

  • Publication number: 20040130720
Abstract: A compact handy type inspection instrument is provided for conducting readily nondestructive inspection of an inspection object in any working site. The inspection instrument comprises a spectroscope assembly containing an optical fiber-arranging member for arranging and holding a light-outputting end of an optical fiber bundle to be flat in a uniform layer thickness, a packaged compact spectroscope which is enclosed in a package having a slit-shaped light inlet window on a side confronting the rectilinear light-outputting end of the optical fiber-arranging member and is constituted of linear type continuous variable interference filter, a microlens array, and a linear type silicon array sensor assembled in the named order from the side of the light inlet window toward the opposite side, and a positioning device for positioning the rectilinear light-outputting end of the optical fiber bundle to fit to the light input window; and a detection head; incorporated together into a main body casing.

  • Patent number: 6094984
Abstract: An acceleration sensor 1 comprises a circuit board 3 on which an acceleration detecting element 2 is carried. A plurality of connecting terminals 4 arranged along the periphery of the circuit board 3 are projected outward after penetrating through a metal base plate 5. The metal base plate 5 is fixed to the connecting terminals 4 spaced apart from the circuit board 3 by a predetermined distance in a state being insulated from the connecting terminals 4. The peripheral edge of the metal base plate 5 is connected to a case 7 covering the entire acceleration sensor 1. Circuit elements constituting a signal processing circuit for processing a detection signal of the acceleration detecting element 2 are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the circuit board 3.

  • Patent number: 5388459
Abstract: As acceleration sensor has an insulating substrate, a pair of signal deriving electrodes provided on one surface and an acceleration detecting element electrically connected to the pair of electrodes. The acceleration detecting element is provided with first and second piezoelectric elements, having a pair of facing end surfaces, which are directly or indirectly coupled to each other to be polarized in reverse directions. First end surfaces of the first and second piezoelectric elements are electrically connected to the pair of signal deriving electrodes respectively while other end surfaces, being opposite to the first end surfaces, of the first and second piezoelectric elements are electrically connected with each other.
