    Abstract: A fuel cut valve generally comprises a valve housing mounted on an interior of a fuel tank. A hollow passage means is provided for establishing gas communication between the interior of the valve housing and a vent line connected to an engine induction system. The hollow passage means defines a gaseous fuel passage extending horizontally through the housing so that the vent line can be oriented in horizontal alignment to be connected with the hollow passage means.
