  • Patent number: 8175867
Abstract: A voice communication apparatus includes a communication portion that receives a plurality of frames including at least a first frame having first voice data and a second frame having second voice data subsequent to the first frame, the first voice data and the second voice data being encoded by a predetermined encoding system, a decoding portion that decodes the first voice data and the second voice data received by the communication portion, a buffer that retains the first voice data and the second voice data decoded by the decoding portion, a calculation portion that calculates an amplitude envelope based on the first voice data decoded by the decoding portion, and a controlling portion that judges whether or not the second voice data decoded by the decoding portion exceeds the amplitude envelope and corrects the second voice data that exceeds the amplitude envelope.

  • Patent number: 5590451
Abstract: A manufacturing method for an ink jet printer head, includes the steps of cutting a plurality of channels for forming a plurality of ink chambers, on the upper surface of a substrate including at least one piezoelectric member polarized across its thickness; adsorbing Sn on the upper surface of the substrate including the inner surfaces of the channels; forming a pattern resist film on the upper surface of the substrate on which the Sn has been absorbed adsorbing Pd as a catalyst core for electroless plating on the electrode forming portions and the wiring pattern forming portions; separating the pattern resist film; immersing the substrate from which the pattern resist film has been separated into a plating liquid to deposit plating on the electrode forming portions and the wiring pattern forming portions; and mounting on the substrate a top plate for covering upper openings of the channels and a nozzle plate for covering front openings of the channels to form the above ink chambers.

  • Patent number: 5301404
Abstract: A method of producing a printer head wherein a substrate including at least one piezoelectric member polarized in its thickness direction is formed. A plurality of grooves and a plurality of posts are alternately defined in the substrate. A pre-processing solution is allowed to flow along the grooves at the following relative velocity so as to effect pre-processing when the velocity of the pre-processing solution for electroless plating relative to an object to be plated is V, the height of each of electrodes formed on the internal surfaces of the grooves is H, the width of each groove is W and a contact angle at which the pre-processing solution is brought into contact with the internal surfaces of the grooves is .theta..VW.sup.2 (1+cos.theta. )/H.sup.2 >0.6 mm/sThereafter, the substrate is immersed in an electroless plating solution to form the electrodes.
