    Abstract: A first closed sectional structure is formed with the pillar reinforcement disposed within the pillar section of the rear fender. A second closed sectional structure is formed with the aid of the side frame. Two third closed sectional structures are formed with the aid of the floor reinforcements and they are disposed in a spaced relationship apart in the longitudinal direction of the body. The second and third closed sectional structures are arranged in a region that is formed by extending the first closed sectional structure in the inner direction of the body.
