  • Patent number: 6352563
Abstract: A printed cloth in which a dye is deposited in dots on the cloth to form a desired printed pattern. Said dot deposition is formed in a length of 0.05 to 0.3 mm to the longitudinal direction of the fiber in single fiber unit of the yarn constituting said cloth. A fine printed pattern is deposited clearly in good reproducibility. The printed pattern can be formed by using the dyes of the three primary colors or of the three primary colors and black color. It is preferred that Dyes I , II and III having a perceived chromaticity index (a) and (b) defined in the color range [CIE 1976 (L, a, b) space] on the cloth within the following range are used as said dyes of three primary colors and DyeIV is used as said black dye.

  • Patent number: 5250077
Abstract: A method for preparing silk fibers crosslinked with an epoxy compound is disclosed. Silk fibers are soaked in an aqueous processing liquid containing a water-soluble epoxy compound and a catalyst wherein the solubility of the silk fiber is at most 30% by weight when the silk fiber is soaked in an aqueous 5 wt % sodium hydroxide solution at a temperature of 65.degree. C. for 60 minutes, and dyeing depth, K/S, at 520 nm with 9% owf of a red reactive dye, Color Index Reactive Red 63 at the temperature of 60.degree. C. for 60 minutes is at most 7.

  • Patent number: 5232769
Abstract: This invention relates to a microcapsule having a particle diameter of 2.about.300 .mu.m and comprising a substance acting to improve physiological conditions of human skin, for example, substances exhibiting such effects as skin whitening, aging preventive, humidity preservable, itch suppressive, pain-killing, or antiphlogistic ones, and/or aromatic agents contained within the filmy coating of synthetic high molecular substance. The microcapsule is not broken when making, processing, or laundering the textile structure, but is gradually broken when the textile structure is put on the human body, used for another purpose, or subjected to intentional application of friction or pressure thereto, and sustainedly releases acting substances contained therein.

  • Patent number: 4929248
Abstract: The present invention provides silk fiber crosslinked with an epoxy compound, characterized in that solubility of the silk fiber is 30% by weight or less when the silk fiber is soaked in an aqueous 5 wt. % sodium hydroxide solution at a temperature of 65.degree. C. for 60 minutes, and dyeing depth, K/S, at 520 nm with 9% owf. of a red reactive dye, color Index Reactive Red 63 at the temperature of 60.degree. C. for 60 minutes is 7 or less. The silk fiber has improved properties including long term resistance to light deterioration and resistance to fibrillation.

  • Patent number: 4917920
Abstract: A fragrant fibrous structure, such as fabrics, apparels or the like, provided with microcapsules encapsulating a perfume and a resinous binder, preferably a silicone resin, in a weight ratio of 2/1 to 1/5, an add-on amount in the aggregate of said microcapsules and resinous binder being 0.3.about.7.0% based on the weight of the portion to which said microcapsules and resinous binder are adhered, of the fibrous structure. The process for preparing the above fibrous structures comprises applying a treating liquid comprising microcapsules composed of an external wall of a formaldehyde based resin enclosing a perfume and a resinous binder, preferably a low temperature reactive organopolysiloxane prepolymer emulsion, preferably together with a pressure absorbing agent, to at least a part of a fibrous structure and then drying the fibrous structure at a temperature of less than 150.degree. C. to fix said microcapsules on fiber surfaces of the fibrous structure.
