  • Patent number: 9555770
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a steering lock device that can prevent improper access to a cylinder lock due to the deformation of a mounting hole formed in a cut-out shape. The steering lock device comprises: a frame (4) that is provided with a cylindrical section (1) open at one end, and that houses a lock body (3) which moves in and out of a steering column as a result of the manipulation of a cylinder lock (2) secured in the cylindrical section (1); and a mounted member (6) that is mounted in a mounting hole (5), one end of which opens to the open end of the cylindrical section (1) and is formed in a cut-out shape. At both side ends of the mounting hole (5), to-be-locked sections (9) are provided that regulate the widthwise deformation of the mounting hole (5) by locking circumferentially with locking sections (8) of an inserted member (7) which is inserted into the cylindrical section (1) within the frame (4).

  • Patent number: 8469412
Abstract: A door handle device is provided with: a door handle 9 by which the door of a vehicle can be opened and closed; a mounting bracket 11 for supporting the door handle 9 through a supporting shaft 15 so that the door handle can be swung in the back-and-forth direction with respect to the door 3 of the vehicle; and a switch unit 13, which is arranged between the door handle 9 and the mounting bracket 11, which generates an electric signal for locking and unlocking a door lock provided in the door of the vehicle. A contact portion (an engaging groove 27), with which the supporting shaft 15 comes into contact, is formed in the switch unit 13. When the supporting shaft 15 is inserted into a handle shaft insertion hole 9b and a bracket shaft insertion hole 11a so that the supporting shaft 15 can be engaged with the holes by an engaging grove 27, the switch unit is fixed to the mounting bracket.

  • Patent number: 6604392
Abstract: A casing 20 of a cylinder lock device comprises two pieces of a rear casing 13 for receiving a rotor 22 and a front casing 14 for receiving a key cylinder 21 and a housing 24. The key cylinder and a rotor axially move and rotate upon insertion of a proper key 19 into the key cylinder 21 and subsequent rotation of the key 19. In assemblage of the cylinder lock device, the rotor 22 and key cylinder 21 are connected by a joint means 15 of non-circular section for their integral rotation, and the rotor 22 is connected to the housing 24 by a connecting means 16 for their integral rotation and axial movement. The front casing 14 can detachably be connected to the rear casing 13 by the coupling means 17.
