  • Patent number: 7605677
Abstract: In a noise filter, an input side of a signal-line lead is inserted in a first substantially cylindrical ferrite bead, and an output side of the signal-line lead is inserted in a second substantially cylindrical ferrite bead. An input side of a ground lead is inserted in a third substantially cylindrical ferrite bead. The signal-line lead is inserted in a feedthrough capacitor such that the feedthrough capacitor is adjacent to an output side of the second substantially cylindrical ferrite bead. A multilayer capacitor is electrically coupled between the signal-line lead and the ground lead such that the multilayer capacitor is adjacent to an output side of the first substantially cylindrical ferrite bead and adjacent to an output side of the third substantially cylindrical ferrite bead. Each of an end of the signal-line lead and an end of the ground lead is flat, bent along an outer surface of a base member, and defines a surface-mount external terminal.

  • Patent number: 7382216
Abstract: A noise filter includes a capacitor having a hot side input terminal, a hot side output terminal, a ground side input terminal, and a ground side output terminal. A circuit board includes a hot side input electrode connected to the hot side input terminal, a hot side output electrode connected to the hot side output terminal, a ground side input electrode connected to the ground side input terminal, and a ground side output electrode connected to the ground side output terminal. The impedance of the ground side input terminal seen from the ground side output electrode is larger than both the impedance of the ground side output terminal seen from the ground side output electrode and the impedance of the hot side output terminal seen from the ground side output electrode. For this purpose, a stray capacitance formed between the ground side input electrode and the ground side output electrode is reduced by increasing a gap therebetween. Accordingly, excellent noise-reducing characteristics are provided.

  • Patent number: 4830877
Abstract: The present invention provides an insulating film-forming composition in which a mixed resinous liquid obtained from a specific proportion of an aqueous emulsion of an acrylic resin and/or an acryl-styrene base resin and an aqueous dispersion of PAN free substantially from any emulsifier/dispersant is added to and mixed with an inorganic film-forming composition containing as the main component a chromate or a chromate plus a phosphate, which has conventionally been used in the prior art, in a specific proportion, and a method for forming an insulating film by coating and drying such a composition on an electromagnetic steel plate. A substantial portion of the starting materials can be commerically available products. With the composition, provided to have a longer pot life, and method of the present invention, an efficient coating can be carried out, while suppressing foaming to a consideraly low level, thereby obtaining an insulating film excelling in insulating properties and other film properties.

  • Patent number: 4632026
Abstract: A tray pressing device in a retort sterilizer for cooking foods, movable upward and downward individually, is provided correspondingly to each line of a tray at the uppermost stage of the tray. The tray pressing device comprises a plurality of trays which are in the retort sterilizer, a tray pressing plate which presses and covers the uppermost stage of trays in order to prevent from relieving the foods, a drive source which is installed on the retort sterilizer, and a connecting shaft which is connected the tray pressing place with the drive source. The tray pressing plate can be operated individually from the external section of the retort and be moved downward by its own weight and upward by the drive source installed on the retort through the connecting shaft. The foods are processed under high pressure and high temperature of hot water in the retort sterilizer.
