Abstract: An outsourcing system provides a cooperative work environment beneficial for an outsourcing agent to carry out monitoring and surrogate operation of customer systems in cooperation with the customers. A site unit is provided for each of the customers and a center monitoring unit is provided for the outsourcing agent, so that not only the center monitoring unit but also the customers and system engineers are notified of obstacle occurrence. There is provided an environment in which such participants can refer, at any time via the Internet, to operating information files, design and construction information files, discussion history files, stored up to the point of time when the reference is made. The participants can share operation states and design information stored up to the point of time of the obstacle occurrence, and cooperate with one another to advance work for problem solution. Accordingly, a new service architecture can be developed.

Abstract: A compact massage machine is provided. The massage machine comprises a rotation axle, a pair of kneading rollers, a pair of installation mechanisms, and a slide-guide mechanism. The kenading rollers are disposed on the rotation axle in an oblique fashion. The installation mechanisms, disposed on the rotation axle, install the kneading rollers on the rotation axle in a manner that the kneading rollers swing in a circumference direction of the installation mechanisms during the rotation of the rotation axle. The slide-guide mechanism, engaging with the kneading rollers, prevents the kneading rollers from rotating during the rotation of the rotation axle.

Abstract: An error recovery reduces the recovery time in finding out the JOB causing error in a computer system. An event generation unit is called at the beginning of the execution of a JOB, at the end of the execution of the JOB and at the close process of the file input-output process, by the JOB execution control unit. The JOB start event, end event, and close event are generated by the event generation unit. A file input/output count acquisition unit is called to generate a file input/output count for each JOB, by the JOB execution control unit. The monitoring process thereby generates the execution record comprising the end code, the start time, the end time, the execution time, the file input/output count, and the error flag for each JOB, based upon the above mentioned events. The monitoring process activates the error recovery support process when the error occurs.

The configuration defining parameters are transferred to a file in the computer system. Abstract: The present invention provides a silver halide photographic material and an image forming method for obtaining a monochrome image using a dye image even if it is treated with a color developer free of benzyl alcohol; a photographic property of the monochrome image is less deteriorated by a toxic gas such as formaldehyde and an increase in sensitization and fog with time is improved.

Abstract: In an electronic mail associated type computer system network equipped with a computer system for executing a job and a general-purpose electronic mail system, a user of an electronic mail can freely recognize a condition of an execution result of a job performed in the computer system and a job execution result. Also, these results are available from a desired output device for the user. When a mail processing unit employed in the computer system analyzes a mail statement about the job execution derived from the electronic mail system, and the job execution is completed, this mail processing unit sends to the electronic mail system, such a mail statement for the completion of the job execution containing information about fail/safe execution result. Upon receipt of this report, the user designates the output device into a response mail so as to output the job execution result from the designated output device.
