    Abstract: A server apparatus and a method for electronic mail transmission control are provided that enables electronic mail communication, even if a user does not know information regarding destination, such as a mail account, in advance. The server apparatus includes a receiver that receives an electronic mail data including a destination telephone number from a sender terminal. A memory section stores at least one telephone number and at least one IP address in association with each other. A transmitter obtains an IP address that is pre-associated with the destination telephone number from the memory section and transmits the electronic mail data to the obtained IP address.

The print notification message indicates that the document to be printed is present. A print instruction acquirer acquires print instruction information from the cellular phone that receives the print notification message. A document transmitter transmits the document to be printed to a print destination designated in accordance with the print instruction information acquired by the print instruction acquirer.

When it is determined that the electronic mail has arrived at the electronic mail address, the mail notification apparatus notifies, by using electronic mail, the arrival of the electronic mail to the cellular phone through the Internet and a communication vender mail server.
