Patent number: 4825315Abstract: A drive motor is premounted on one control substrate disposed only on one side of a body. The control substrate, a mounting plate on which a collet mechanism and others are installed, a head mechanism, a stepping motor, and a front panel are detachably provided on the body at every part. After general assembly of the magnetic disc driving device, parts which constitute the magnetic disc driving device can thus be checked and serviced in a simple manner.Type: GrantFiled: October 8, 1987Date of Patent: April 25, 1989Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Etsurou Hirose, Toshio Tsubaki, Takeshi Tokunaga, Osamu Isoo

Patent number: 4385296Abstract: A remote-controlled automatic door control apparatus includes a door, a driving unit connected to the door for driving the door to open and closed positions, and a control arrangement for controlling the door operation through the driving unit and including a radio communication system having a transmitter and a receiver. A signal containing a specific code transmitted from the transmitter is received by the receiver and collated with a code set previously in the receiver, and if they have a predetermined relationship with each other, an operation command is issued to the driving unit. The transmitter is capable of being set to a specific code, and the receiver includes a memory device for storing the specific code transmitted from the transmitter. A signal switching device is further provided for actuating the collating operation for collating the stored code with the signal from the transmitter under normal conditions and for storing a signal from the transmitter in the memory device if required.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 1981Date of Patent: May 24, 1983Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Toshio Tsubaki, Masayoshi Sunada, Shigeru Matsuoka, Kenji Nakamura

Patent number: 4328540Abstract: A door operation control apparatus comprising a memory circuit for storing a programmed data on door control processes in the form of a combination of command codes is disclosed. A door operation input signal, a mode or condition detection signal from a door operating device and the condition of the program being executed are used to determine logically the optimum door operating mode, thus controlling the door operating device.Type: GrantFiled: February 20, 1980Date of Patent: May 4, 1982Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Shigeru Matsuoka, Toshio Tsubaki, Takeshi Tokunaga, Seiji Yonekura, Kenji Nakamura, Mituo Suzuki

Patent number: 4311225Abstract: A door member such as a garage door is driven by a motor through a roller chain having a finite length to travel in the garage opening and closing directions. The roller chain is driven by a single drive sprocket driven by the motor to make its reciprocating movement along the same path while making rolling engagement at its roller portion with a guide rail constructed to support the roller portion of the roller chain from the opposite sides. A trolley connected to the door member by an arm is releasably coupled to the roller chain and is also guided along the guide rail while making sliding engagement therewith. A mechanism for detecting abutment of the door member with an obstruction present on the traveling path is provided to detect the above situation when a physical force is imparted to the roller chain due to the abutment. The opening and closing movement of the door member, stopping of rotation of the motor and detection of the presence of an obstruction are electrically controlled.Type: GrantFiled: June 12, 1979Date of Patent: January 19, 1982Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Toshio Tsubaki, Takeshi Tokunaga, Seiji Yonekura, Shigeru Matsuoka, Makoto Miura, Kozi Yamauchi

Patent number: 4063253Abstract: An ink jet recording apparatus including a device for charging ink particles to enable detection of disorder in the recording, a device for detecting the thus charged ink particles at a predetermined position and for producing an output in accordance therewith. A device is provided for detecting the output for a predetermined period of time or the number of times an output is provided per a predetermined unit time as an indication of a disorder in the recording. The disorder in the recording or the anticipation of a disorder in the recording is indicated by energizing a light or according to the condition of the recording, stopping the recording operation.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 1976Date of Patent: December 13, 1977Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Syoichi Ito, Toshio Tsubaki

Patent number: 3947190Abstract: An electrophotographic apparatus in which photosensitive paper travels through a substantially U-shaped path, comprises a base and a frame assembly provided on the base in a freely openable and closeable manner. Those components which require higher accuracy in mutual positioning, such as a paper feeding device, an exposure device, a cathode ray tube, a cathode ray tube optical device, a format and a format optical apparatus, are mounted on the frame assembly, and those components which require less accuracy in mutual positioning, such as a developing device, a motor and the like, are mounted on the base. The respective images from the format and the cathode ray tube are focused on an exposure plane of the exposure device in superimposed relation.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 1974Date of Patent: March 30, 1976Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Osamu Otubo, Yujiro Tatsuno, Takatoshi Ikeda, Toshio Tsubaki
